FAQs
-
“Swenglish" refers to the blend of Swedish and English, a term often used when switching between the two languages in everyday conversation. By naming my therapy practice "Swenglish Therapy," I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves fully—whether in Swedish, English, or a mix of both.
I’ve noticed there’s a lack of English-speaking therapists in Sweden, particularly in Stockholm, which can make it hard for English speakers to find the support they need. My goal with Swenglish Therapy is to offer a place where English speakers can find the guidance, connection, and mental well-being support they deserve—without language or cultural barriers.
